About the role

n

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced mental health professional to lead the Infant, Child, Youth and Family (ICYF) Team based in Orange.

n

Providing strategic, operational and clinical leadership across Orange and surrounding communities, including oversight of district services and the Got It! program, you will play a key role in supporting positive outcomes for infants, children, young people and their families.

n

Leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centred mental health services while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across the Lachlan region and partnering with health, education, community and non-government organisations,



you will help strengthen integrated service responses and enhance the wellbeing of local communities.
