Aliaxis APAC is seeking a proactive HSE Business Partner for our Smithfield manufacturing facility. You will drive a proactive safety culture, coach leaders, and support injury management and risk ownership on the factory floor.
You will partner with operational teams to implement safety initiatives, facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations and training, ensuring alignment with group HSE governance and APAC guidelines.
