Clinical Care Manager – Residential Aged Care An exciting opportunity is available for a highly experienced aged care clinical leader to join a large, established residential aged care home in South West Sydney.

This is a senior clinical leadership position within an approximately 135-bed residence, offering the opportunity to lead an established care team while working closely with the Facility Manager and broader leadership team.

We are looking for an accomplished aged care professional who can provide strong clinical direction, develop and mentor teams, and maintain excellent standards across clinical governance, quality, compliance and resident care.

The Role As Clinical Care Manager, you will take responsibility for clinical leadership across the residence, including:

- Providing leadership, guidance and support to clinical and care teams
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred resident care
- Maintaining strong clinical governance, quality and compliance standards
- Supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring clinical risk, incidents, documentation and reporting
- Coaching and developing clinical leaders and care staff
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Working closely with the Facility Manager and senior leadership team
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' aged care clinical leadership experience
- Significant leadership experience within residential aged care
- Previous experience within a large 100+ bed aged care residence
- Experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Care Manager, Director of Care, Facility Manager or similar senior clinical leader
- Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance and clinical governance
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop clinical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong clinical systems, reporting and digital documentation capability
- A genuine commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for residents
