Barwon Health’s Swanston Centre is seeking a Social Worker to support recovery and wellbeing for consumers experiencing major mental illness across the Barwon region. This permanent part‑time role is based in a 32‑bed inpatient unit and works within a multidisciplinary team.
You will contribute to assessment and treatment planning, address housing, employment and social factors, and deliver individual, family and group interventions, with focus on complex needs and discharge planning.
