As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, care planning, and ongoing management for clients accessing AOD and Mental Health services. You will work autonomously while being supported by a highly experienced medical team committed to delivering best-practice, patient-centred care.

About you

- Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
- Experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health, Primary Care, or related settings




- Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaborative practice abilities
- Passion for improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations
