Everything HR in Sydney is seeking a part‑time People and Culture Business Partner to be the main contact for a client in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs. The role requires 16 hours per week of onsite support at the La Perouse office.
You will work with the People and Culture Director to design and implement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, lead recruitment and learning initiatives, and manage day‑to‑day HR operations.
