Our client is a leading mobile vehicle repair organisation seeking an experienced Zone Manager to take ownership of the safe, efficient and profitable operation of an assigned zone.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead mobile and workshop operations across your zone, with accountability for sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, productivity, safety and team performance.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
n
- Driving sales, profit, productivity and operational performance against agreed KPIs.
n
- Managing the day-to-day allocation and coordination of jobs and resources.
n
- Ensuring technicians are trained, equipped and supported to deliver quality work.
n
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints while driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
n
- Monitoring labour and parts margins, productivity and other key performance measures.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes,



performance and customer outcomes.

About You

n

You are a confident and commercially focused leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You know how to engage people, solve problems and turn performance targets into results.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience managing and leading teams, preferably in automotive, fleet, mobile service or a related industry.
n
- Proven experience managing commercial and operational KPIs.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- A demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop people.
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
n
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
n
