The Prospect:

As a Lifeguard and Customer Service Officer, you’ll superviseall patrons in the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. You’ll beresponsible for providing a high level of quality service at reception and overthe telephone. You’ll also be part of various daily activities involved in the day-to-daycustomer service operations.

This is a casual position, with varied,seasonal hours during the Orbost Outdoor Pool’s opening season. For the 2026/27 season the pool will be open from 1 November 2026 - 15 March 2027.

We’re looking for someone who can:

- Deliverfriendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts with patrons in a calmand respectful way.
- Maintain aneat and professional appearance while on duty.




- Understanding anduse of point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
- Work well aspart of a team, follow policies and procedures and support a positive workplaceenvironment.

You must have the following qualifications/licenses before you start:

- Employee Working withChildren Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current PoolLifeguard certificate

Applicants must be at least 16 yearsold and legally able to work in Australia.
