Role responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, parts, and extensive workshop service departments.
- Manage full profit and loss accountability to maximise group profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor,

- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key franchise partners and rural clients.

Required skills

- Proven dealership management experience within agricultural or heavy machinery sectors.

- Valid driver licence and current legal rights to work in Current Zealand.
