Skin Cancer Nurse - Registered or Enrolled

Complete Skin Cancer Clinics Pty Ltd – Mornington VIC

We are searching for a compassionate and understanding Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our clinics on a Full time Basis.

We have 2 skin cancer clinics: Mornington & Rosebud. We are currently hiring for our Mornington clinic.

We have been on the Mornington Peninsula for 20+ years, and we pride ourselves on being the leaders in early detection, diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and Melanoma. We offer skin checks, total body photography (FotoFinder technology), skin cancer removal and all the aftercare - among other treatments. We are committed to providing the most comprehensive and caring services for our patients!

Our clinic open hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7.30am to 4.30pm on Wednesday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday. The successful nurse must be available for the full day.

Experience is desirable, however highly motivated new graduates will be considered. We’re a teaching clinic, so this is an ideal role for anyone interested in advancing their skills with ongoing training and education opportunities.

We are a busy group of skin cancer clinics, so we’re seeking someone who’s a self-starter,



and who can work independently and as a member of our awesome team!

Responsibilities in this role include:

- High level nursing skills to work autonomously
- Maintenance & sterilization of all equipment
- Skin checks (or a desire to learn)
- Assisting the doctor in theatre
- Maintain clinical documentation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in wound care management and treatment, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Further skills and attributes required for the role:

- Current registration with AHPRA (with no notations, limitations or comments)
- A minimum of one year experience working as an Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse
- A desire to provide the best quality care for patients.
- Endorsed for Medications

MUST include cover letter to be considered for the advertised position

Favorable but not essential (for the right candidate):

- Previous experience in a general practice and/or skin cancer clinic
- Confident with Best Practice
