We?re seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Lacks Employee Health Facility team located in Kentwood, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Position Type: Full time (.74 FTE)

Lacks Employee Health Facility operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan 1 convenient location in close proximity to several work sites for their patients:

Lacks Employee Health Facility

Provider will spend 100% of their time at Lacks Employee Health Facility in Kentwood Clinic offers full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health On-site medications for patients and lab draws Clinical team includes 2 physicians and 5 support staff (mix of MA?s & BOC) Clinic is open 7a-5p Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays No on call

Requirements

Experience required Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board. Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license BLS certification (must be maintained)/ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
