HOYTS Group is seeking a Service Desk Specialist within the Cinema Technology Group in Sydney. You will cover end‑to‑end IT support across HOYTS locations, including infrastructure, application support, networks, and head office desktop support.
You’ll re‑image POS terminals, configure Intune policies, and act as escalation for infrastructure issues. You’ll bring enterprise IT experience, solid communication, and the ability to balance priorities while delivering within SLAs.
