Cement Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Capability team, supporting our Operations division. Based at our corporate head office in Darra with the option to work from home one day per week.
You’ll deliver pragmatic HR advice, manage employee relations, coach leaders, lead organisation design reviews and partner with HR Managers on strategic initiatives, working with senior leaders across sites nationwide.
