The Role

Reporting into a recognised restructuring partner (Legal 500 and Chambers listed), you will be working on some of the country's most complex restructures and distressed scenarios. The partner is looking for a lawyer with potential who they can develop into a restructuring specialist.

You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of matters including:

n

n
- Distressed M&A;
n
- Debt restructuring
n
- Insolvency litigation
n
- Corporate wind-downs
n

n

You

n





We are interested in candidates who have the following:

n

n
- 2 and 4 years PQE
n
- Insolvency litigation OR transactional restructuring experience
n
- experience gained from a leading top-tier, international or boutique firm
n

n

Will also consider those with robust insolvency disputes experience who are looking to do front end restructuring work.

This is Sydney based and will consider interstate candidates

n

This firm will pay top of the market salaries in this area.
