Leading Hand Roof Plumber | $45-$55/hr + Super + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

Reidy's Roofing is looking for an experienced roof plumber to take ownership of their own crew and help deliver high-quality residential roofing projects.

We're a growing, locally owned business specialising in high-quality residential metal roofing and architectural cladding, working on a diverse range of projects across Geelong and the Surf Coast. We've built our reputation on quality workmanship, and we're looking for someone who shares that pride in their work.

Whether you're already running a crew or you're an experienced roofer ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

You'll lead a small crew, organise daily works, coordinate materials and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with our Director and existing Leading Hand, who is stepping into a broader supervisory role. As we continue to grow, you'll have opportunities to develop your leadership skills, take on greater responsibility and progress your career with us.

We're looking for someone who can take initiative, make sound decisions and lead by example, while knowing when to ask for support.

What we're looking for

A qualified roof plumber with strong metal roofing experience.

Someone who takes genuine pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.





Confidence leading a team, supporting apprentices and helping others develop their skills

Good communication, reliability and problem-solving skills.

Someone who takes ownership and treats every project as if it were their own.

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced tradespeople ready for the next step.

What you'll get

$45-$55 per hour, based on experience and capability, with opportunities for pay progression as you grow with us.
