Prestige Inhome Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse for a home-based care role in Melbourne East. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients in their own homes and collaborate with the Case Manager and families to evaluate health outcomes.
Applicants should have substantial post-registration clinical experience, be able to travel between client locations, and work at least four weekdays per week. AHPRA registration and current CPR are required.
