HR Officer | People, Culture & Governance (Corporate Services)

We’re looking for a HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team in Armidale. This is a excellent opportunity for a detail-focused HR administrator who enjoys variety, systems, and supporting a range of people processes in a values-led organisation.

About this role

As HR Officer, you’ll contribute to the efficient and compliant delivery of HR administration across UNE Life. You will support recruitment and onboarding, HR systems and records governance, payroll administration support (under direction), coordination of training and development, staff engagement support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
