The role

You’ll work across our Miranda and Bankstown clinics, supporting clients throughout their complete tattoo removal journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations
- Performing laser tattoo removal treatments
- Creating personalised treatment plans
- Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response
- Educating clients clearly and confidently
- Managing long-term treatment journeys
- Building strong client relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and photography
- Managing bookings and client communication
- Supporting clinic administration
- Contributing to clinic targets and overall performance




- Working collaboratively with both clinic teams

This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, meeting a wide range of people and being trusted to manage their day confidently.

We train specialists — not button pushers.

Tattoo removal is complex.

Different inks, colours, skin types, tattoo densities and individual treatment responses require judgement, experience and the ability to adapt.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Laser
- Skin
- Beauty
- High-level customer service

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential.

For the right person, we are happy to teach you from the beginning.

Successful applicants will receive extensive practical and theoretical training covering:

- Laser physics
- Tattoo and ink assessment
- Treatment planning
- Skin assessment
- Laser safety
- Pico and nanosecond technology
- Colour tattoo removal
- Multiple wavelengths
- Fractional laser techniques




- Consultation and client education
- Clinical photography
- Documentation
- Treatment response assessment
- Client retention
- Managing complex and long‑term cases

Training doesn’t stop once you’re signed off.

Our specialists continue to learn through treatment reviews, clinical discussions, results analysis and ongoing development across our clinic network.

Be available for training Tuesday to Saturday
