The Opportunity

This is a great prospect for an ECT to join a warm and supportive team !

As the ECT, you will be responsible for the running of the integrated 3-5 year old kinder program and the care of up to 24 children in the room. You will be supported by educators and management to provide the best program possible for the children. This is further reflected by the generous planning time provided by the service.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of one year’s experience in a leadership position as an Early Childhood Teacher. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of planning cycles, be confident in mentoring and supporting team members, and have experience implementing school readiness programs that foster positive outcomes for children.

You will also possess a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will bring a collaborative, team-focused approach to your work. Most importantly, you will be passionate about becoming an active part of the local community,



building meaningful and lasting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will hold:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Passion for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- Valid Drivers Licence and Transport
- Full Working Rights - NO SPONSORSHIP
- Mandatory Reporting, GECCKO Training, Police Check
- Must have 1 year experience as a Teacher
