Bayside Health is seeking a Health Promotion Officer to plan, implement and deliver health promotion activities. The role will operate within the Bayside Health Regional Care Group, in partnership with South Gippsland Hospital, with base at Kooweerup Hospital and travel to other sites as required.
The position is permanent part time (60.8 hours per fortnight) and involves working with a collaborative team to improve community health outcomes.
