Sales Consultant - Blinds, Curtains & Window Furnishings

Inner West | Eastern Suburbs | Lower North Shore

We are an established Sydney window furnishings company with over 50 years in the industry, specialising in custom-made blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings and motorised solutions.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and look after customers across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

The Role

This is an on-road sales role, attending pre-booked appointments with customers in their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attending qualified sales appointments provided by our office
- Conducting in-home consultations
- Measuring windows accurately
- Helping customers choose the right blinds, curtains and window furnishing solutions
- Providing advice on fabrics, colours, styles and motorisation
- Preparing and presenting quotations
- Following up quotes and converting opportunities into sales
- Maintaining accurate measurements, specifications and customer notes
- Working closely with our office, check measure and installation teams




- Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong sales and communication skills
- Is confident meeting customers in their homes
- Is personable, professional and well presented
- Enjoys selling and is comfortable closing sales
- Is organised and able to manage appointments and follow-ups independently
- Is comfortable taking measurements
- Holds a current NSW driver’s licence
- Previous experience in blinds, curtains or window furnishings would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Experience in home improvements, interiors, flooring, kitchens, furniture, building products or other in-home sales would also be well suited to this role.
