Customer Service Specialist | Multiple Casual Shifts Available | Melbourne

We're hiring Customer Support stafffor a number of household brand names based in Melbourne - we have a mix of on-site and remote based roles.

Sidekicker connects you with shift work - you'll be paid weekly through Sidekicker as your employer of record, with shifts booked directly through our platform with a range of similar companies across Melbourne and the rest of the state.

Regardless of whether you want to make Sidekicker your main source of income, or you just need to pick up a few shifts each week to fill in the gaps your current employer can't fill, you can work as much or as little as you want!

Responsibilities in this role will typically include:

n

- High-volume inbound and outbound phone, email or chat based support.
n
- Troubleshooting client issues, triaging issues/queries internally
n
- Working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
n
- Customer care and servicing (either online or customer facing)
n

About you:

n

n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Energetic and empathetic phone manner
n
- Experience using online phone tools, CRM & ERP systems (think Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot etc)
n
- Previous experience working towards KPIs/SLAs
n
