Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Housekeepers to join our team at a brand-new accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting our client PLS.

n

With capacity for up to 200 people, this is an opportunity to join a new village operation from the beginning and play an important role in maintaining high standards across the accommodation facilities.

n

This is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

n

The Opportunity

n

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be the regular servicing and cleaning of resident accommodation, ensuring rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard.

n

While the role is predominantly focused on housekeeping, you will also support general village cleaning and linen duties as required. You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring residents have a clean, comfortable and well-maintained living environment throughout their stay.

This is a new facility and a new team, giving you the opportunity to be part of establishing strong standards and a positive culture from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Regularly servicing and cleaning resident accommodation
n
- Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms and other accommodation areas to a high standard
n
- Changing linen and managing linen requirements
n
- Restocking rooms and housekeeping supplies
n
- Supporting general village cleaning as required
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas
n
- Following established cleaning procedures and standards
n
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained appropriately
n
- Supporting the broader village services team as required
n




- Contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards across the village
n

About You

n

We're looking for experienced FIFO Housekeepers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of maintaining consistently high standards in a camp environment.

n

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced village, managing regular room servicing requirements and working as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service to residents.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous FIFO housekeeping experience (Essential)
n
- Experience in accommodation, hotel, commercial or camp housekeeping environments
n
- A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
n
- The ability to work efficiently and manage regular room servicing requirements
n
- Strong understanding of cleaning, hygiene and safety standards
n
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- A current C Class driver's licence
n
- Long-term Australian working rights
