We are looking for a hands-on, reliable and self-motivated person to join our team based at Luscombe.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, getting stuck into practical tasks and taking ownership of their work. The main focus of the position will be repairing and maintaining portable toilets, with a range of yard, vehicle and event-related duties also involved.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing portable toilet repairs and maintenance, keeping accurate records of completed work for invoicing purposes and ensuring equipment is ready for hire.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Repairing and maintaining portable toilets - main focus of the role





- Diagnosing and completing basic repairs and maintenance

- Keeping accurate records of repairs and completed work for invoicing

- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift

- Preparing equipment and jobs for bump-in

- Overseeing the wash bay area and assisting with loading and unloading

- Assisting with daily vehicle checks

- Completing basic vehicle repairs and maintenance

- Driving trucks as required

- Assisting with onsite event and defence work as required

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised yard

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Hands-on and mechanically minded

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work

- Reliable, organised and able to keep accurate records

- Confident completing basic repairs and maintenance

- Comfortable working in an outdoor and physical environment

- Safety conscious and committed to following procedures

- A good communicator who works well as part of a team

- Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business

Previous experience in portable toilet repairs, equipment hire, yard operations, mechanical repairs or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded.

A forklift licence would be advantageous, but we are willing to consider the right candidate.
