OVERVIEW Lexis Education is seeking a full-time Registrar/Enrolment Officer based at its Maroochydore campus in Australia. The role supports international student admissions and enrolment operations across multiple Lexis campuses, working within a small registrations team in a fast-paced education workplace. Lexis Education delivers language, vocational, and teacher training programs to international students from more than 100 countries.

Key responsibilities

- Process enrolments for all Lexis campuses, including vocational enrolments
n
- Respond promptly to agent and student correspondence
n
- Liaise with the Marketing Department regarding fees, enrolment conditions, and commercial agreements
n
- Maintain accurate student records and update the student database in a timely manner
n
- Maintain student documents and files

- Process changes to student enrolments and maintain diary notes
n
- Process Confirmations of Enrolment for international students through PRISMS
n
- Update student records and log interactions and requests accurately in PRISMS
n
- Liaise with campus staff regarding accommodation arrangements and special requests
n
- Communicate enrolment changes to campus staff
n
- Process student campus transfers and collaborate with the Accounts Department on payment requests
n
- Calculate student refunds and reconcile information in STARS
n
