What you will do:

- Provide educational leadership, including Instructional Leadership at Kingscote Campus in the planning, implementation and activation of the SAC and SA Strategy for Public Education leading to high-quality, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Work collaboratively with members of the KICE leadership team to improve the consistency of quality practices and processes across KICE, so the 3 campuses work as one school
- Monitor and analyse student data to inform and improve attendance, behaviour, engagement and achievement.
- Supports the development of skilled learning communities 7-9 by strengthening networks between teachers, within and beyond KICE, in order to foster dialogue, sharing, and constructive feedback to improve educational outcomes for students




- Work with and support the Inclusion I&SWLs; with leading PBL implementation. Support them with OCOPs, ILPs and IESP applications

What you will bring:

- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff, students, parents and the wider community
- Experience in implementing and developing planned programs aimed at improving the educational outcomes for students through modelling and promoting effective differentiated teaching and learning practice
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in Years 7-9.
