CMC Markets in Sydney, based in Barangaroo, is seeking a Legal Counsel (2-4 PQE) to support its CFD and stockbroking businesses across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle contract review, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives in a rapid-paced fintech environment.

You’ll report to the APAC Senior Legal Team, engage with Partners, Compliance, HR and Marketing, and gain hands-on experience in financial services regulation while growing your commercial acumen.
