Due to significant growth and new clients we are seeking a competent Manager to assist usin managing workflow, delivering quality service to our clients and mentoring the team.

Duties and responsibilities

- Prepare all types of financial statements andall types of tax returns
- Work closely with your clients and have excellent communication with them
- Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
- Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
- Manage the team's lodgement program

Skills and experience

- You will be a confident, social and highly motivated individual. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as:
- At least 5 to 7 years' experience in business services and minimum 2 years' experience as a manager
- Interested in specialising in Tax,



particularly International Tax
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Valuable team player, responsible personality, confident dealing with clients
- Proven management skills, including experience in managing WIP, workflow, client expectations, productivity and job turnaround times
- Assist and train junior team members
- Willingness to support our core values of passion, empathy and accountability.
