Get Synergy is seeking an organised, proactive virtual assistant on the Sunshine Coast to support its tradie clients. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with initial in-office training, and requires robust computer skills and the ability to learn new systems such as ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, Fergus and Xero.
You will answer live calls, support clients, and help schedule jobs while maintaining excellent customer service.
