O’Brien Automotive Glass is seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead our Lambton Service Centre, one of the busiest locations. You will coach a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers in a fast‑paced workplace.
You’ll work with the Network Area Manager, monitor KPIs and budgets, drive safety and continuous improvement, and help grow the business while maintaining a positive, coaching culture.
