We're on the lookout for passionate, motivated kitchen professionals to join our vibrant waterfront team at St George Sailing Club — one of Sydney's most iconic seaside venues.

We're seeking for full-time Chef de Parties to service our across our high-volume casual dining bistro.
n
About the Role
n
Join a kitchen team that delivers fresh, consistent, high-quality food right on the water:
n
Bistro Team – Produce delicious, contemporary meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
n Prep & Production – Support the team by ensuring ingredients and stations are set, organised, and ready for service.
n
We'll provide training, support, and a great team culture — you bring the passion and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide range of meals in line with our menu.
n
- Ensuring food safety and correct handling, including dietary requirements.
n
- Maintaining clean, organised workstations and kitchen equipment.
n
- Ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock.
n
n

Preferred Attributes & Skills
n
n
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar high-volume dining environment (pubs, hotels, restaurants, bistros).
n
- Experience across any cuisine background is welcomed.
n
- Ability to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
n
