We are currently looking for a Retail Manager to join our team full-time!

n

Monday to Friday

n

This is a diverse and important role supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Working closely with the Pharmacist and pharmacy team, you will help ensure the business runs efficiently, the team is supported and our customers receive excellent service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

General office and administrative duties

n

Entering and processing invoices

n

Ordering stock and managing inventory

n

Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control

n

Assisting with staff management and rostering

n

Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries

n

Working closely with the Pharmacist to support the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy

n

Assisting with the organisation and smooth running of the retail floor

n

Providing general support to the pharmacy team as required

n





The ideal candidate will have the following:

n

Previous administration, retail or pharmacy experience

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

Excellent attention to detail

n

The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

n

Strong communication and customer service skills

n

The ability to work independently while also being a team player

n

Previous pharmacy experience would be highly regarded but is not essential

n
