Commercial Property Manager | SOUTH YARRA | Salary package to $165,000

Our client is a specialist Tier 2 commercial property management agency in one of Melbourne's most prestigious Inner South Eastern Suburbs. They pride themselves on offering a professional workplace working for a team of highly dedicated property specialists who all strive to provide the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders, internal and external, and successfully maintain them.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a highly successful team in this newly created role due to growth (a comprehensive job description can be provided on request).

This role is Monday to Friday only and hours are negotiable as well as option to work from home after probation is complete (possibly sooner).

A very generous base salary is on offer, plus commissions (a detailed break down of the commission structure can be provided upon request to those who meet the selection criteria)





Portfolio size is 80 tenancies (will grow overtime) with great support including access to both internal and external assistants (assistants will do all inspections, market review analysis, notice preparations, maintenance, essential services and general administration/support)

Programs used are Cirrus 8, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, Internet explorer and Google. Off street carpark is provided as well as a Laptop, Ipad and Iphone. You must be a team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be extremely customer service focused with strong negotiation and time management, and have the ability to resolve conflict and mitigate complex situations efficiently and quickly.
