- Maintain a clean, safe kitchen

You need:

- NSW Working With Children Check

- Police Clearance Certificate
n
- NSW Food Handlers Certificate & Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

- Experience cooking in bulk (commercial or domestic)
n
- Two industry‐specific references
