BHP is seeking a Specialist Trainer - Rail Academy in Port Hedland to support competency-based training, coaching and assessment for our Rail Network Maintenance workforce. You will design, deliver and assess programs to develop protected, capable and high-performing teams across our rail operations.
Reporting to the RNM Training Supervisor, you will collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure training meets business requirements while aligning with industry and BHP standards.
