As the voice of Hoselink, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a full-time ongoing position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based at our Brookvale team.

Key responsibilities

- Providing expert advice to help customers choose the right products for their garden
- Responding to phone and email enquiries with patience and clarity
- Troubleshooting delivery queries, tracking parcels, and processing orders
- Assisting with warranty claims and product troubleshooting
- Responding to customer reviews and assisting with local Click & Collect pickups

About you

- A natural communicator with a warm phone manner and ability to write explicit, well-crafted emails
- Solution-oriented with the ability to see problems as opportunities to help
- Organised and able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Background in customer service (office-based, retail,



or hospitality)
- Reliable and able to show up for your team and customers
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (no weekends)
- Free gym, sauna, ice bath and massage chairs on site
- Supportive, welcoming team environment with regular social events
