Pay: $35–$40/hr (based on experience & output)

We deliver local council infrastructure across Melbourne’s South-East—road reconstructions, streetscapes, drainage, kerb & channel, footpaths, crossovers, carparks and hardscapes. We run tidy sites, hold quality, and back people who work hard and take pride in the finish.

The Role

We’re looking for a Civil Labourer —ideally a labourer with civil construction/ landscaping experience, and who’s comfortable jumping in a truck when needed. This role is hands‑on and varied: council road recon works + tandem tipper driving.

HR licence is ideal, but not essential—we can help the right person obtain it.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Civil labouring on council road reconstruction sites
- Concreting to spec and neat finishes: footpaths, crossovers, kerb & channel. Ideal, but not essential
- General civil tasks (site prep, levels support, backfill/compaction, clean‑up)
- Driving tandem tippers (carting materials, spoil, shifting gear between sites)
- Use tools and small plant (cut‑off saws, compactors, breakers, etc.)




- Work with the Foreman to hit daily targets and keep sites safe and tidy

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

- Civil construction experience (local council roadworks/road recon preferred)
- White Card + driver’s licence
- Reliable, hard‑working, team‑first attitude
- Pride in quality

Strongly preferred:

- Experience in civil construction/ landscaping
- Experience driving tandem tippers (or confidence to learn quickly)
- HR licence (ideal) — or willingness to obtain (we can support the right candidate)

Bonus (not essential):

- Asphalting, concreting, Plant tickets (skid steer/excavator), roller tickets, traffic management
