Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Community Living Supports (CLS) program in Tuggerah with community outreach. You will provide individualised psychosocial support, working within a recovery model to help clients achieve their goals and improve quality of life in the community.
The role requires at least 12 months experience, Certificate IV in Mental Health or related field, solid documentation skills, and NSW Working with Children Check.
