Chemical Compounder/Blender of Personal Care and Cosmetics

A fantastic opportunityexists for a new team member to join our growing multinational manufacturing company specialising in quality personal care & cosmetic products.

Located in Campbellfield, these positions are permanent full-time, only Monday to Friday and day shift only typically 8.30am - 5pm, as we value work life balance and family.

Key Duties include:

- Batch processing and operating manufacturing vessels and equipment, following standard procedures and protocols to ensure accurate dispensing, mixing and blending processes according to batch formula and instructions
- Maintain accurate records, including batch numbers, production activities, batch records and quality control data
- Preparation, cleaning and maintaining equipment to GMP ISO standards
- Handle, store, pick & pack, and perform stock-take of raw materials safely following protocols and chemical handling guidelines (including repetitive lifting up to 25kg)
- Participate and contribute in meetings and training as we encourage and value team members feedback and ideas

Relevant experience below is an advantage however on the job training and upskilling is provided and encouraged:

- Blending, processing and handling of chemical for personal care beauty products
- Knowledge of batch processing equipment and procedures




- Understanding Safe work practices and working in a safe manner at all times
- Experience with machine operation, production work or cleaning
- Familiarity with GMP (good manufacturing practices) and OH&S;
- Mechanical aptitude
