What you’ll do:

- Lead with empathy and excellence in delivering community-based rehabilitation and clinical services.
- Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments using evidence-based tools.
- Work across diverse age groups (0–65), supporting clients with disability and/or complex conditions.
- Mentor and inspire fellow clinicians, sharing your expertise to elevate the whole team.
- Champion a client-centric approach that prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Psychology.
- CurrentAHPRAorSPAregistration.
- Experience in NDIS/HCP is ideal, but strong clinical foundations are key.
- A passion for helping clients reach their full potential.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check.
