My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a dynamic SIL Team Leader to bridge compliance with heart-led frontline care. You will oversee day-to-day operations across SIL environments, mentor staff, and ensure clients thrive in protected, supportive homes.

You’ll lead rosters, support plans, NDIS planning, and collaborate with families and health professionals. A Cert III or IV in Disability or related field and a valid NSW Driver’s Licence are desirable.
