Based in the vibrant creative hub of Sydenham, we're a fast-growing fashion label pushing boundaries and setting trends—and we're looking for a Design Assistant to join our passionate creative team for Seven Wonders and Runaway Mens.

Job Summary:
n We are seeking a creative and motivated Design Assistant with at least 1 years of experience to assist in the design and development of our upcoming collections.

n

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trend-driven designs for seasonal collections.
n
- Assist in the development of mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
n
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colour palettes to inform design decisions.
n
- Participate in fittings and revisions to ensure proper fit and style of garments.
n




- Create and maintain technical specifications and design documentation.
n
- Work closely with production teams to ensure design concepts are accurately executed.
n
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present ideas confidently to the team.
n
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
n
- 1 years of experience in fashion design
n
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
n
- Solid sketching and illustration skills.
n
- Excellent understanding of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction.
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
