Harris Farm in Sydney, NSW, is launching its next generation of Store Managers through a structured 12–24 month program. You will work with an experienced Store Manager, take on real responsibility from day one, and prepare to run your own store.

You'll develop hands-on leadership, learn compliance, scheduling, and people management, and gain insight into sales, margins and KPIs, while staying true to Harris Farm's fresh-food heritage.
