We're a premium residential landscaping company with a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and execution. As our project pipeline expands, we're seeking a capable and confident Project Manager who excels in delivering bespoke outdoor spaces to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take charge of multiple high-end landscape construction projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who's just as comfortable managing teams on-site as they are running programs and managing stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day construction activity and supervising site teams

Managing timelines, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

Reviewing and adjusting project schedules to maintain delivery momentum

Driving site productivity and resource planning

Liaising with our General Manager and in-house design team to align vision and execution





Managing project reporting and contract administration

Ensuring each project is delivered with precision, professionalism, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

A trade qualification and/or formal experience in landscaping, construction, or project management

Minimum 4 years managing residential or commercial landscaping or building projects

Strong understanding of construction contracts and project documentation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to motivate, lead, and coordinate teams and contractors

High attention to detail, time management, and budget control

A proactive mindset and desire to improve systems and outcomes

You'll also need a manual driver's licence and be able to provide (or obtain) a current police clearance.
