We’re growing our Cairns team and are looking for an Adult OT Technical Expert & Clinical Hub Lead to join us at Allied Therapeutic Services.

This is a role for an experienced Adult OT who is ready to step into leadership, bringing strong clinical thinking, curiosity and expertise, while helping create an environment where other clinicians can do their best work.

You’ll have a small clinical component, but your biggest impact will come through leadership, mentoring, clinical guidance and helping shape the culture and direction of our Cairns hub as well as Adult OT across ATS.

I’m looking for someone who:

- Has strong clinical experience and confidence in adult OT practice
- Can lead with both clarity and empathy
- Enjoys developing people and sharing knowledge
- Can think strategically while staying connected to clinical practice
- Builds trust, accountability and collaboration within a team
- Wants to contribute to the continued growth and evolution of a multidisciplinary practice
