Our client is a well-established agency in Melbourne's Inner South, managing an impressive 1000 + rent roll.

The Role

You’ll manage leasing across a large and established rent roll. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting approximately 10 open for inspections per week




- Managing prospective tenant enquiries and applications
- Liaising with renters and Property Managers throughout the leasing process
- Completing condition reports, with support from a PM Assistant
- Coordinating leasing activity across the portfolio
- Providing a high level of service to prospective renters and clients
- Keeping leasing records and systems up to date
- Working with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate

About You

You must have Real estate experience to be considered for this role.

- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
- Previous leasing or property experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Great organisation and time management
- Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule
- A positive, team-focused attitude
