Jps Recruitment is partnering with a Gold Coast builder-developer to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its multi-residential pipeline. The first project is a $150M mixed-use development in Broadbeach, where you will be the senior commercial lead, overseeing procurement, contracts, forecasting and risk.
You will manage the CA/contracts team, mentor QS support and report directly to the Director and Project Director.
