They are currently looking for a Lawyer/Senior Lawyer to join the Wills & Estates team in their Sydney office.

The Wills & Estates team at this major commercial law firm comprises a discipline of premier lawyers across all their offices.

With a strong national practice, the team advises on all aspects of wills and estates including estates litigation, estate planning and estate administration.

Position Description

This is an opportunity for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and family offices with complex personal, commercial and succession structures.

The role will have a particular estate litigation focus,



while providing the opportunity to develop broader expertise across estate planning and administration.

The successful candidate will manage their own files with minimal supervision and have the support of junior lawyers and other team members.

It is a collaborative and friendly team.

Requirements

The successful applicant will likely have 2-8+ years' post admission experience across wills, estates, trusts and succession law.

In addition, you will have:

- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as people skills
- robust attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
