About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator to provide reception and administration support at our UniquePhysio Bankstown clinic.

n

Shifts will be available to assist with annual leave, sick leave and other staff coverage as required.

n

You'll play an important role in supporting the day to day running of the clinic and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
n
- Managing bookings,



phone calls and client enquiries
n
- Processing payments and daily takings
n
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and patient ready clinic environment
n
- Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
n
- Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and email
n
- A positive, can do attitude and willingness to help
n
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
n
- Availability to assist with leave coverage when required
n
- Previous administration or medical reception experience preferred
n
- Experience with practice management software is a bonus
n
