As we prepare for the opening of Sharks Leagues, we're looking for an experienced Gaming Analyst to help shape the gaming offerings at our brand-new venue and across the group. This is an opportunity to be involved from the beginning - using data, technology and commercial insight to optimise performance, support our teams and help create an exceptional experience for our members.

About the Role

n

As a Gaming Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

n

Monitoring EGM performance, gaming systems and connectivity, investigating issues and variances as they arise

n

Analysing gaming, financial and member data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

n

Developing reports, dashboards and forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making

n

Providing recommendations on gaming product performance, machine allocations, floor layouts and product lifecycle

n

Supporting the development and review of the Club's gaming strategy, budgets, capital plans and performance initiatives

n

Preparing and reviewing gaming and progressive system reconciliations, including meter data, cash flow and variances

n

Assist with the development and review of the Club's gaming strategy, budgets, capital plans and performance improvement initiatives

n

Supporting gaming promotions and loyalty initiatives, including campaign performance and ROI

n

Supporting the effective operation of the Cash Office, TAB and KENO, including reconciliations and issue resolution

n

Support compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gambling, AML/CTF requirements and internal controls

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is analytical,



commercially-minded and confident working with both data and people. You'll have a strong understanding of gaming operations and the ability to turn information into meaningful insights and practical actions.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

Demonstrated experience in a gaming analysis, gaming systems, EGM performance or gaming operations role, preferably within a NSW registered club

n

Strong understanding of gaming systems, products and performance metrics

n

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate variances and turn data into actionable recommendations

n

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups and data analysis

n

Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance insights

n

Sound understanding of gaming reconciliations, Cash Office controls and variance investigation

n

Strong attention to detail, integrity and discretion when working with financial, member and gaming data

n

Current RSA and RCG certifications

n

Experience with IGT Club gaming systems, RedeemX, SQL or other data-analysis tools will be highly regarded.
